This is a hydraulic oil filter head designed for mounting spin-on type filters in the return line of a concrete mixer's hydraulic system. It serves as the mounting base for the filter element, directing used hydraulic fluid through the filter to remove contaminants before it re-enters the reservoir. Regular replacement of the filter and inspection of the head are necessary to maintain hydraulic system cleanliness, prevent component wear, and avoid costly downtime. This head is compatible with standard filters used on McNeilus and Con-Tech mixers.
