In the beginning I was working in the warehouse handling shipping and receiving where I became familiar with all of our parts and components. I used that knowledge to transition to the outside sales team, where I put in a lot of years on the road visiting customers, building long-lasting relationships I’m proud of and by providing attentive service and a product that’s second-to-none. Now, as branch manager of the Southern region, my goal is to ensure that all of our customers receive that same exemplary service they’ve come to expect from me, and from CEPI.   In my off hours I enjoy throwing something on the grill, watching the game and playing some disc golf with my wife and our two sons. That opportunity gave me an extensive knowledge of concrete mixers, their parts, assembly and function, and how they were installed. In 1985 I transitioned into inside sales where I learned about batch plants, loaders, sweepers and other equipment which further bolstered my abilities as a sales professional. I left Houston and moved to Dallas in 1998, where I joined with CEPI.   I strive to build long-lasting relationships with our customers, and our team is eager to go above and beyond to ensure that we provide the best service experience possible. I joined the CEPI team in June of 2002 where I’ve been successful in cultivating devoted business contacts throughout the Southern Region as well as in Latin America. I value what my teammates and customers have added to my skillset.   The satisfaction I get from this job comes from traveling to meet our customers in person so I can apply my knowledge and expertise to best meet their needs. My wife and I are foodies and love to travel. If you ever see me at the airport wearing my CEPI swag, come and say hello. We can catch up with some good conversion and a drink.
Joseph Sanchez - Sales Rep [email protected] (469)951-0504 I’ve been with CEPI since 2015. I spent the first 5 ½ years making my bones in the warehouse working shipping & receiving, as well as performing maintenance on mixer trucks. This experience gave me the tools I needed to make the leap into sales. Understanding the functionality of both concrete mixer trucks and batch-plant equipment, I was able to use that expertise to best service our clients and provide them with the hands-on treatment and customer experience they’ve come to expect from CEPI.   When I am not taking care of customers I like to spend time with my family and friends. I am happy to be your dedicated parts delivery professional for the DFW metroplex and surrounding areas. It has been a pleasure to grow close to so many of our customers that I see on a daily basis and I’m excited for every new client I get to make a delivery to!   When I’m not on the road delivering parts I’m either hanging out with my wife and kids, doing a little gaming or playing basketball.
