While most of my free time is spent enjoying time with my family and watching the latest in after-school activities, I do enjoy traveling. I also love participating in CrossFit as often as I am able to.   I began my career in construction in 1998 and worked as a Project Manager until 2009. Finding myself unemployed in 2010 due to the recession, I found a new home at CEPI. I’ve been the Manager of the Central Region since 2012 and there is nothing more important to me than customer service. We are here because of you and to serve our customers by providing you with quality replacement parts. Supplying replacement parts isn’t something we do along side selling new mixers. It’s not an afterthought to a pre-existing business. It IS our Business.

Ivana Nanthavong - Sales Rep [email protected] (618)803-1136 Hi there! My name is Ivana. My working career began humbly at a Thai restaurant that my dad owned. That’s where I learned about being a hard worker and the importance of customer service and the customer experience. I worked throughout high school at his restaurant and another Thai restaurant that a family friend of ours owned. I did that throughout my two years at University of Missouri-St. Louis. After high school and a time or two in between, I went to a Christian missionary school called YWAM or Youth With A Mission and traveled around the world with them. After that, I came home and worked as a waitress a bit longer until I started my job as a certified optician at a private optometry office in 2019. I worked there for 3 and a half years. Being there, I only grew in my love for people and helping them. When 2023 came around I was ready for something new. And that something new was CEPI. I am thrilled to be apart of the team here at Construction Equipment Parts Inc. I love that we have a customer experience focus and that we get to help people by giving them the parts they need efficiently and fast.   When I’m not selling parts, I’m hanging out with my son, Genesis and the rest of my family. I love Jesus and anything about Him. I also really love to travel, scrum for my rugby team, and drink lots of coffee.
