Plant Air Vibrator-Piston Type

Plant Air Vibrator-Piston Type

The VIBCO 55-3 is an impacting-style pneumatic piston vibrator used in concrete batch plants to prevent material bridging and rat-holing in aggregate and cement bins. Its high-impact, linear force ensures efficient energy transfer to move stubborn materials, improving batch consistency and plant efficiency. This vibrator is a durable replacement part for maintenance or upgrades on stationary or mobile batch plants to reduce manual labor needed to clear blockages.

Key Features

• Impacting piston design provides high-energy, linear force for moving difficult bulk materials.
• One-piece cast iron housing with slotted mounting holes for easy installation and replacement.
• Operates at up to 3,800 vibrations per minute (VPM) at 80 PSI.
• Requires an air filter, regulator, and lubricator for optimal performance and long service life.
• Designed for continuous duty in demanding industrial environments like mining, foundries, and chemical plants.
