This is a complete conveyor return idler assembly designed for the return side of conveyor systems on concrete batch plants. The assembly includes a single steel roller and two separate drop-mount brackets. Its primary function is to support the weight of the empty conveyor belt on its return path, preventing sagging and ensuring smooth, consistent operation. This part is a critical replacement component for maintaining conveyor alignment and extending belt life. The idlers are designed to be maintenance-free with high-quality sealed ball bearings that conform to CEMA B standards.
