This is a WAM VFS series butterfly valve, model V2FS, featuring an 8-inch (200mm) diameter and a double-flange design for secure mounting. It is used to intercept and control the gravity-fed or pneumatically conveyed flow of dry materials like cement and aggregates from silos, hoppers, or conveyors. Comprised of two high-pressure die-cast aluminum alloy semi-bodies and a central swivel disc, this valve is a cost-effective and efficient solution for bulk solid handling in concrete production. It is a common replacement part for routine maintenance or repair of material handling systems on a batch plant.
