This is a replacement 3x8 air cylinder for use in concrete batch plant applications. With a 3-inch bore and an 8-inch stroke, it provides linear force to operate butterfly valves, aggregate bin gates, and aggregate weigh scale hopper gates. A new cylinder is needed when the existing one fails to hold pressure, leaks air from the rod or exhaust, or no longer extends and retracts properly, ensuring continued plant operation and accurate batching. This specific model features standard clevis mounts with 5/8" pins for attachment.
