The VibraPad is a flow aid device that combines aeration with vibration to solve material flow problems in concrete batch plant silos, bins, and hoppers. It introduces low-pressure air to fluidize materials while the pad itself vibrates, preventing common issues like bridging, rat-holing, and compaction. This ensures a consistent and reliable discharge of dry bulk materials such as cement, fly ash, starch, and clay. The unit is designed for installation on the sloped cone of a silo to get material moving after it has settled.
