This Dixon Bayco 3030 series swing check valve is a critical component for pneumatic conveying systems on dry bulk trailers, such as cement and powder tankers. It is installed in the blower line to automatically prevent product like cement or sand from flowing back into the blower if the line becomes plugged, which protects the pump and compressor from damage and contamination. The valve features a high-flow design where the flapper swings completely out of the air path during use, maximizing airflow and unloading efficiency. Its aluminum body, stainless steel hardware, and removable inspection lid allow for easy maintenance and repairs without removing the valve from the tanker.
