This is a complete MAC Valves 55B Series air valve assembly, part number 55B-12-PI-112CA, commonly used in the air control systems of concrete batch plants. The assembly consists of a 3/2-way, normally closed, pilot-operated spool valve actuated by a 120V AC single solenoid. It is a critical component for controlling aeration systems that fluidize materials like cement for consistent flow. This valve is a necessary replacement part for maintaining the efficiency and reliability of batch plant aeration, ensuring materials do not compact and flow correctly during batching.
