The Flexco 190C is a mechanical, solid plate fastener for conveyor belts used in demanding material handling environments such as sand, gravel, crushed stone, and cement conveyance. This system creates a strong, sift-free splice by using high-tensile strength bolts to compress top and bottom plates, distributing tension evenly across the fastener. A mechanic would use this part to repair a lengthwise tear, bridge a soft spot, or join belt ends for maintenance, ensuring minimal downtime. The fasteners feature specially formed teeth that penetrate the belt carcass without damaging fibers and piloted bolts for quicker installation.

Specifically designed for belts 5/16” to 9/16” (8 mm to 14 mm) thick operating on pulleys with a minimum diameter of 18” (460 mm). It is used on equipment from manufacturers like Con-E-Co and Vince Hagan.
