This is a rotary paddle bin level indicator assembly, complete with a 4-vane paddle, designed for high or low-level point detection in the bins and silos of a concrete batch plant. When the material level reaches the rotating paddle, its rotation is blocked, which activates a switch to send an electrical signal. This signal can be used to alert operators, stop a filling process, or start a conveying system, preventing overfills and material shortages. It is a crucial component for automating material management in ready-mix and precast concrete production.
