This is a high-level indicator tilt switch used in concrete batch plant aggregate or cement bins and silos to prevent overfilling. Suspended above the material, the switch is pushed by the rising aggregate or powder. When the probe tilts to a preset angle, an internal microswitch sends a signal to the plant's control system to stop the filling process, such as shutting down a conveyor belt. This is a crucial component for automated plant operation and preventing material spills and equipment damage.
