This is a replacement rubber diaphragm for the air-actuated chute lock system on a rear discharge concrete mixer. The diaphragm is a critical wear component inside the brake chamber that creates a seal for the air pressure that engages or disengages the chute lock. Over time, these diaphragms can wear out or tear, leading to air leaks and failure of the chute to lock in place, necessitating replacement to ensure operational safety and efficiency.

Compatibility is dependent on the size of the air brake chamber, which is typically either a Type 16 (T-16) or Type 24 (T-24). Also fits Con-Tech mixers with Type 16 brake chambers.
