The Bray Series 5A is a compact, lightweight valve status monitor that mounts on top of a pneumatic or electric actuator. In a concrete batch plant, it is used on quarter-turn butterfly or ball valves for water, cement, and aeration systems to confirm the valve's position. It features a high-visibility domed indicator for local confirmation and internal switches to send an electrical signal to a control system. This part is essential for process automation, preventing material handling errors, and is a direct replacement for a damaged or malfunctioning unit. The die-cast aluminum housing is powder-coated for corrosion and impact resistance.
