This is a Dana Spicer 5-178X greasable universal joint, designed for use in heavy-duty 1350 series drivelines common in concrete mixers and other commercial vehicles. Manufactured from high-quality, heat-treated forged alloy steel, it provides strength and durability for power transmission. This U-joint is a critical maintenance part for repairing or rebuilding a driveshaft, and its greasable design with a zerk fitting allows for periodic lubrication to flush contaminants and extend its service life. The kit includes the U-joint cross, four bearing caps, and snap rings for installation.
