This is a chute liner specifically designed for the fold-back, or flip-up, section of the main chute assembly on Oshkosh front discharge mixers, model years 1999 and newer. Made from durable, wear-resistant materials like polyurethane or plastic, it provides a sacrificial surface that protects the more expensive steel chute from the abrasive effects of concrete. Replacing a worn or damaged liner is critical for extending the life of the chute assembly, ensuring smooth concrete flow, and simplifying washout and cleanup.
