This is a chute boot retainer for Oshkosh S-Series front discharge mixers. It functions as one of four retaining strips that bolt on the inside of the chute boot to hold it securely in place. This part is essential for preventing the leakage of concrete and aggregates at the connection point between the mixer drum and the chute system. It is a critical replacement part for routine maintenance or when the existing retainer is damaged or corroded.
