This is a replacement input shaft oil seal with a corresponding sleeve for Cushman 306H and 306J transfer cases commonly found in front discharge concrete mixers. The seal prevents gear oil from leaking out of the transfer case where the input shaft enters the housing. The included sleeve provides a new, smooth surface for the seal to ride on, repairing minor wear or grooving on the shaft and ensuring a proper seal. This assembly is a critical maintenance part for preventing fluid loss and protecting the internal components of the transfer case from damage due to oil starvation.
