This is a replacement Charge Air Cooler (CAC) hose, specifically for the hot side of the system which connects the turbocharger outlet to the cooler piping. It is designed for use in Terex Front Discharge (FD) and Front Discharge Bridge (FDB) model mixers equipped with Cummins ISL or ISM engines. Made from high-temperature orange silicone, it is built to withstand the extreme heat and pressure of compressed air from the turbo. Replacing a cracked or leaking CAC hose is critical for preventing loss of engine boost pressure, which can lead to reduced power, poor fuel economy, and potential engine damage.
