This air control leveling valve, also known as a height control valve, is a critical component for the air suspension system on Terex and Oshkosh front discharge mixers. It automatically adds or exhausts air from the suspension's air bags to maintain a consistent and level chassis ride height, regardless of the concrete load. Replacing this valve is necessary when it fails to maintain the correct height, leaks air, or responds inaccurately, which can affect vehicle stability, axle alignment, and overall handling.
Reduces air consumption by not responding to short-duration axle position changes.
Improves vehicle stability and handling under varying loads.
Direct replacement for OEM height control valves on specified mixers.
Fits These Mixers
Terex, Terex Advance, Oshkosh. Fits the air suspension systems on various Terex Advance and Oshkosh front discharge concrete mixers. It is a replacement for the chassis height control valve.
