This is a Norwesco 2-inch vented water tank cap, designed for use on the poly water tanks found on rear discharge concrete mixers. The cap is made from durable green plastic, which helps limit light penetration to reduce algae growth. It features 2" male pipe threads (MPT) for screwing into the tank's fill neck and includes an O-ring to ensure a tight seal. The top has a flip lever that opens a vent, allowing for pressure equalization during filling and dispensing. This part is a direct replacement for a lost or damaged water tank cap, ensuring the water supply remains free of road debris and contaminants.
