This McNeilus Electric Prox Conversion Kit is designed to upgrade or replace the chute centering sensor system on rear discharge mixer trucks. The kit provides all necessary components to convert from older pressure-based sensors to a more reliable proximity switch system. It includes a short proximity switch, a harness with a relay, a pressure switch jumper to bypass the old system, a main chute target bar, and a center mounting bracket. When installed, the proximity switch detects the target bar to verify that the main chute is properly centered and in the down position.
