This 12VDC electric-over-air MAC solenoid valve assembly is designed to operate the pneumatic chute lock or chute brake on rear discharge concrete mixers. It is a critical component of the MAC air valve manifold system, allowing the operator to securely lock the discharge chute in place during transit or pouring. The valve features a 4-way single solenoid design with a non-locking recessed manual operator for manual override capabilities. Upgraded with Viton poppets on the pilot valves and water-tight coils, this valve provides reliable performance in high-moisture and demanding concrete environments, replacing older Buna-equipped models.

Fits These Mixers

McNeilus, Con-Tech, CBMW, Kimble. Fits McNeilus rear discharge mixers (2003 and newer) equipped with the MAC air valve manifold system, replacing older 85284D valves. Also compatible with Con-Tech rear discharge mixers utilizing the 760075, 760080, or 760085 MAC air valve manifold assemblies.
