McNeilus Extension Chute Aluminum Powder Coated White

McNeilus Extension Chute Aluminum Powder Coated White

This 4-foot standard extension chute is manufactured from lightweight aluminum and finished with a durable white powder coat. Designed as a direct replacement for McNeilus (MTM) rear discharge mixers, it provides extended reach for concrete pouring while significantly reducing physical strain on operators compared to traditional steel chutes. The chute features a fully welded and capped construction without a liner, ensuring a smooth flow of material. It measures 48 inches in length, tapering from 17-1/16 inches at the mounting hooks down to 15-7/8 inches at the discharge end.

Key Features

• Lightweight aluminum construction reduces operator fatigue (weighs approximately 33 lbs compared to 48 lbs for steel)
• Durable white powder-coated finish provides enhanced corrosion resistance and easy cleaning
• Fully welded and capped design ensures structural integrity during heavy concrete pours
• Unlined interior (no liner) maximizes flow efficiency and minimizes overall weight
• Direct drop-in replacement for standard McNeilus/MTM 4-foot extension chutes

Fits These Mixers

McNeilus, Con-Tech, CBMW, Kimble. Fits McNeilus (MTM) rear discharge concrete mixers utilizing standard 4-foot extension chutes. Also compatible with Con-Tech (CTM) mixers equipped with McNeilus-style chute systems.
