This hydraulic cooler thermal switch is a critical monitoring component for the hydraulic reservoirs of front discharge concrete mixers. It installs directly into the hydraulic filter head housing to continuously monitor the temperature of the hydraulic oil. When the fluid temperature reaches 215 degrees Fahrenheit, the sensor activates to engage the hydraulic cooler fan or alert the operator, preventing catastrophic overheating. It serves as a direct OEM replacement for Oshkosh, McNeilus, and Con-Tech mixer systems, ensuring optimal hydraulic performance and extending the lifespan of expensive hydraulic pumps and motors.
