McNeilus Water Gauge Compression Sleeve

This Delrin compression sleeve is a critical replacement component for the water tank sight gauge assembly on rear discharge concrete mixers. It fits over the 5/8-inch water sight tube and compresses inside the gauge valve fitting to prevent water leaks while allowing operators to accurately monitor tank levels. Over time, these plastic sleeves can become brittle, crack, or deform due to UV exposure and constant moisture, requiring replacement during routine water system maintenance. It is commonly used on McNeilus, Beck, Con-Tech, and CBMW mixer water tanks.
