This heavy-duty aluminum fitting is a water drain tee for the water systems on concrete mixer trucks. It splices into a 1" water line, allowing for easy draining to prevent freezing and damage during cold weather or for system maintenance. The integrated 1/4" ball valve (which replaced an earlier petcock design) provides a reliable shut-off point. This is a critical component for maintaining the wash-down water system on McNeilus and Con-Tech rear discharge mixers.
