ZF Gearbox Seal Redi-Sleeve

This stainless steel Redi-Sleeve (also known as a Speedi-Sleeve or sealing collar) is designed to restore worn or grooved shaft sealing surfaces on ZF concrete mixer gearboxes without the need for shaft disassembly or machining. It provides a smooth, optimized counterface for radial shaft seals, preventing leaks and extending the life of the gearbox. The sleeve features a 4.921-inch (125mm) shaft diameter and a 1.024-inch width, making it an exact fit for the main seal locations on popular ZF P-Series and PK-Series gearboxes.
