McNeilus Hydraulic Oil Filter Vacuum Gauge - No Logo
Hydraulic Gauge · Vacuum Filter
This vacuum gauge is a critical component for monitoring the health of the hydraulic system on McNeilus rear discharge mixers. It is installed on the hydraulic filter assembly to measure suction line restriction in inches of mercury (in.Hg). As the filter element becomes clogged with contaminants, the vacuum level rises, causing the needle to move from the green (good) zone, through yellow (caution), and into the red 'SERVICE FILTER' zone. This provides a clear, at-a-glance visual alert that maintenance is required to prevent hydraulic pump cavitation and potential system damage.
