This hydraulic oil filter vacuum gauge is designed for use in the hydraulic systems of rear discharge concrete mixers, including McNeilus, Con-Tech, and CBMW models. It features a 1/8-inch NPT back mount and measures vacuum pressure from 0 to 30 in.Hg. The gauge provides a visual indication of hydraulic filter health; as the filter accumulates debris, the vacuum reading increases. Operators use this gauge to determine when a filter change is necessary, typically when the reading exceeds 8 to 10 inches of mercury at operating temperature, preventing hydraulic system damage.
